AOP30 高级操作面板安装在变频器的柜门中,用于执行操作、监视和调试任务。
AOP30 的两级安全措施可防止无意或非授权改变设置。利用键盘锁定可以停止通过操作员面板操作驱动器,使得只有参数值和过程变量可在操作界面显示。OFF 键的默认设置是“启用”,但也可由客户将其改为“停用”。密码的使用可防止未经授权而修改直流变频器参数。
用户可以按照变频调速柜调试界面中的交互式菜单进行操作。当第一次调试系统时,只需输入 5 个参数(这些参数位于电机铭牌上和供电数据中)。此后,闭环控制自动得到优化,以便调节变频器,使其与电机相适应。
